Lightweight packaging materials such as foam, bubble wrap and sphagnum moss will be used to ensure the plants survive during the journey.
Potted plants will be wrapped and packed securely with necessary instructions including general plant care and maintenance.
For cuttings, these will be sent bare rooted (no soil or pot); and packaged with moistened material to prevent wilting or damage.
