We offer FREE SHIPPING within Australia except nursery live plants.

We sell internationally, currently NZ, UK, US and several countries in Europe and South East Asia. Customers have the choice of delivery (Parcel Post or Express Post) and pickup options along with payment method at checkout.

Free Shipping

Generally, all products marked ‘Free Shipping Australia!’ are delivered free by Australia Post with tracking. International buyers pay shipping charges based on automatic calculated rates by Australia Post.

Free Shipping excludes

Nursery plants and bulky items and potted plants are charged by size and weight calculated in kilograms. Shipping methods:

Standard parcel delivery within Australia (Parcel Post)
Next day parcel delivery within Auystralia (Express Post)
Cheap Flat Rate shipping (within Australia) is available for bare-rooted cuttings

Important note for plant customers:

Due to State biosecurity/quarantine regulations, we do not post to WA, NT and TAS and internationally. POSTAL DELIVERY FOR ACT, NSW, VIC, SA and QLD only

International Shipping

International shipping charges are based on automatic calculated rates by Australia Post based on package size and weight. The shipping method available: Australia Post International Standard Parcel and International Express Parcel.

Local Pickup

We also offer Local Pickup option at checkout – this automatically waives the shipping charges. Address will be provided for pickup after payment is made.
