For garments and apparels, exchanges cannot be processed. The buyer will need to return the item at buyer’s expense and request a refund.
If you are after a different product to the one you ordered, you will need to request to return and refund – follow the 3 steps: 1-2-3 and accept a refund and re-order through our online store.
For health reasons, there are no returns on the purchase of apparels, personal care, underwear and other wearable products unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.
We also do not offer returns on live plants (Plants from Plantagro). If you ordered live plants which were damaged or during transit, we will endeavour to resolve this, please contact us via evercareaustralia@gmx.com and provide photo(s) of the plant upon arrival.
