How to use

1. Position the magnets as illustrated on the instruction of use booklet provided
2. ZeroSmoke does not wear out - one set lasts a lifetime
3. Can be worn for 3 to 4 hours each day, generally for a few hours in the morning and then a few more hours later in the day
4. The magnets are placed on the left ear or right ear, but if that ear becomes tender, the magnets can be switched to the other ear
5. Do not touch the magnets after application until you remove them
6. Put the magnets back on the holder after use

Tried & Tested

Being a non-smoker, this test was based on the comfort level when wearing the magnets (in my case, targeting eyes/vision with 2 pairs of magnets on the ear lobes just like wearing earrings). The pressure of the magnets can increase and when you feel slight pressure pain; just remove it and resume later or slide it to another spot for a little while and back again on the target spot.
