Directions

1. Wash your hands before and after applying the patch
2. Clean and dry the affected area
3. Remove the film to expose the adhesive side
4. Apply the adhesive side directly on the affected area. Patch can last up to 8-12 hours
5. If pain persists 8-12 hours after the first patch, the second patch may be applied
6. Remove the first patch before applying a new one

When using this product

• Do not use otherwise than as directed
• Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, wounds, rashes or damaged skin
  If you have sensitive skin, consult a doctor before using
• Do not use with a heating pad
• Discontinue use at least one hour before shower and do not use immediately after shower

Tried & Tested

This brand heats up slower than other brands, about 15 mins, some may take longer to feel the heat. The slow released heat lasts for 8-10 hours. Recommended for individuals who prefer slow release medium heat.

The plasters are easy to peel and sticks well on upper or lower back, neck and shoulders and even surface or less bendable area; does not stick well on elbow unless you cut the plaster in half or snip between the 4 corners of patch. Provides desired relief from the gnawing tension around the neck and shoulder.

Best applied after shower, do not shower immediately when patch has just been removed. Stinging cold sensation on the skin when in contact with hot-warm water.
