I have physically tried the toe tube and it snugly fit the pinky toe and the pinky finger. The inside diameter is 15mm. It not only fits the toes but also suitable for the fingers and thumbs - great for that accidental paper cuts or that ouch painful loose finger nails caused by injury.

Is this item 925 sterling silver plated or filled? Or is it solid 925 sterling silver?

Both the pendant and chain are silver filled and 925 stamped, you will see it on the fastening clasp of the chain and pendant bail.

The heart shape pendant measures approximately 2.6cm horizontally (at the widest) and 2.5cm vertically.

The chain and locket are both 925 stamped (on the chain connector-clasp and on the pendant bail) - it is solid filled - 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals. The real pendant and the twisted Singapore chain no doubt will appeal to anyone.

Does the part where you put the picture in open? Or do you have to cut it close to size and slip/squeeze it in?

As you mentioned, photo is closely cut to size, then position and slip the photo into the locket frame. Best to also cut a clear plastic film similar to mobile screen protector to protect the inserted photo.
