Directions

1. Wash your hands before and after applying the patch
2. Clean and dry the affected area
3. Remove the film to expose the adhesive side
4. Apply the adhesive side directly on the affected area. Patch can last up to 8-12 hours.
5. If pain persists 8-12 hours after the first patch, the second patch may be applied. Apply as needed not more than 3 times daily for 7 days.

When using this product

• Do not use otherwise than as directed
• Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, wounds, rashes or damaged skin
  If you have sensitive skin, consult a doctor before using
• Do not use with a heating pad
• Discontinue use at least one hour before shower/bath and do not use immediately after shower/bath
