How to use

1. Slip vest over shoulders (e.g. putting on a shirt)
2. Adjust position as needed. Cross-back shoulder straps should pull back slightly on shoulder area. If needed, pull front waist belt down slightly to increase shoulder pressure.
3. Wash by hand in gentle detergent. Air dry.

Tried and Tested

Size L fits size 12 very comfortably but needs to use the last row of hook and eye to fasten. Actually helps to straighten my back and shoulder and the achiness around the area down the nape of my neck and shoulder blade reduced significantly. I don't have to constantly remind myself not to hunch but slowly train myself to sit up straight while I work on the keyboard.
