1. What is the estimated delivery period if I place an order today?

All free shipping products will be posted by Australia Post and/or Sendle, which ever is quicker based on post code/location. Delivery generally takes between 2-6 days based on recently Australia Post delivery performance and do not take into account any current disruptions and changes to the delivery and timeframe by Australia Post that may cause delay:

• Same state (NSW/ACT) – up to 4 business days
• Interstate (outside NSW/ACT) – 4-6 business days

2. Can I get free shipping?

Free Shipping applies to all products except pots and plants and is delivered free with tracking within Australia. Please refer to Shipping & Payment

International buyers pay according to Australia Post automatic calculated rates by country. Currently, we ship to New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom and United States of America several other countries in Europe and South East Asia (except for live plants). We do not ship ‘live plants’ to these countries due to bio-security reasons.

For live plants, Australian buyers pay Australia Post calculated automatic rates. However, if you spend $140 in a single transaction, you are eligible for free shipping. NO CODE required ... Free delivery for all pots & plants orders over $140.

3. Can I add other store products with pot and plant orders to qualify for $140 standard free shipping offer?

Certainly, as long as the total amount is $140 or more at checkout, you will be eligible for free shipping within Australia when you buy other store products besides pots and plants. Free Express shipping if your purchase is $250 or more, plus free gifts worth $50!

4. What delivery options do you have?

Choice of logistics will be based on several factors: delivery speed for purchased items and the buyers' address and location, package size, weight and shipping method e.g. Australia Post postage costs more than double if exceeds its max weight and size, whichever is greater (from experience).
Sendle has Express service in certain areas for package size up to 5kg and 20L; Sendle does not post to address with P.O Box, Parcel Lockers, etc.

7. Can I buy several ‘Free Shipping’ products and live plants and check out at the same time?

If you are Australian buyer, you can check out both at the same time: free shipping products will not be charged except for ‘live plants and pots’ which will be charged according to the package size and total weight. It is practically a wise option to buy this way to get 'free shipping' when total orders easily add up to $140 or more.

8. Do you ship plants to every state in Australia?

Unfortunately we don’t due to State biosecurity and quarantine regulations; we do not post to WA, NT and TAS. Please refer to Shipping & Payment

9. How to make sure I choose the right size?

Guide to getting the right size for product are on the product description whether is measurement for bracelet, underwear and undergarments, etc.

10. Do I need to be home to receive the plants?

No, you don’t have to if you leave a note at checkout providing authority to leave the package at your premise if no one is home. Usually, Australia Post would leave the package in a safe place; if there is no safe place to leave the package, it will be delivered to your local post office and a Collection notice card will be issued and left for you to collect from your local post office.

11. How do I know the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email that the order has been processed and shipped with a tracking number that you can check anytime to track your order.

12. How do I change information about the order I have already placed?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Please contact us and provide the order item number and additional information which you would like to change.

This is only possible if the order has not been processed or shipped.
