How to use

1. Prepare the skin by having warm bath or shower and rinse
   Tip: Rinsing is essential to rid the skin of soap, bath foams and oils, prior to use because they can reduce the exfoliating action.
2. Wet the glove and squeeze out the excess water.
3. The glove should only be used on wet skin, for best result after 5 minutes of warm to hot steamy bath or shower.
4. Gently massage with the exfoliation gloves all over your body especially on areas of the elbows, knees, ankles and feet until you see flakes of exfoliated skin.
5. Continue shower to rinse off the skin peels and flakes.
6. Clean the gloves after use.

Note: The mitt will shrink a little first time in contact with water.
