Please note that Australia Post has been increasing its postage rates in recent years, with the most recent hike taking effect in June 2025, impacting both business and individual senders across the country.

Australia Post charges shipping based on volumetric weight (whichever is greater between actual weight and volume), and plants, especially taller ones, often fall into higher charge brackets due to their size and the need for protective packaging. In this example, the estimated package dimensions of approximately 15cm x 15cm x 50cm already place the parcel into a category where rates begin at $19.30 for Standard Post and $23.80 for Express Post. In addition, we include $5 to help cover the cost of packaging materials, a printed plant care guide, and secure wrapping to ensure your plant arrives safely and in excellent condition.
