How to use

1. Wipe clean surface of back heel of shoes
2. Peel off the stickers, adjust to line with the back heel the pressed firmly to set
3. It is highly recommended to use a shoe horn to facilitate wearing shoes with heel liners. This extends the lifespan of the heel liners
