Directions of use

1. Tear off the adhesive paper on the adhesive face of the liner and then stick it on clean surface of inner side of the heels.
2. Press hard until it is completely adhered. Once adhered, do not remove to readjust as it will not re-stick.
3. It is highly recommended to use a shoe horn to facilitate wearing shoes with heel liners. This extends the lifespan of the heel liners.
