Remove from backing film and apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Remove after at most 8 hours.

Directions

1. Wash your hands before and after applying the patch
2. Clean and dry the affected area
3. Remove the film to expose the adhesive side
4. Apply the adhesive side directly on the affected area. Patch can last up to 8-12 hours
5. If pain persists 8-12 hours after the first patch, the second patch may be applied
6. Remove the first patch before applying a new one

When using this product

• Do not use otherwise than as directed
• Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, wounds, rashes or damaged skin. If you have sensitive skin, consult a doctor before using
• Do not use with a heating pad
• Discontinue use at least one hour before shower and do not use immediately after shower

• Do not use on sore or open wounds, broken or irritated skin
• Do not use if you have pacemakers, pregnant or breastfeeding
• Do not use if you are allergic to aspirin or salicylates
• Consult your doctor before use if you are allergic to external applicator products
• Package is not child-resistant. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If swallowed, get medical help immediate
• Should you experience any discomfort, irritation or pain during use, discontinue use and visit your physician/doctor
• If you have diabetes or poor circulation, visit your physician/doctor before use

Stop use

• Consult doctor if condition worsen
• Symptoms persist for more than 7 days
• Symptoms clear up and occur again within a few days
• Rash, itching or excessive skin irritation occurs

Tried & Tested

Personally, I feel this patch does not provide sufficient heat for relief of severe pain. Good for those 'first time' who have never used pain relief patches.
Enjoyed the feeling of pleasant relaxation, really great those who spends a lot of time on the computer - great for sore back and 'tech neck' and 'tennis elbow' pain.
