Directions

1. Wash your hands before and after applying the patch
2. Clean and dry the affected area
3. Remove the film to expose the adhesive side
4. Apply the adhesive side directly on the affected area. Patch can last up to 8-12 hours
5. If pain persists 8-12 hours after the first patch, the second patch may be applied
6. Remove the first patch before applying a new one

Stop use

These lightly scented patches do not generate heat but work differently by expelling wind, cold, and dampness, which are believed to cause pain.

The plasters are not difficult to peel; the normal rectangular ones are better which has an outer backing paper which allows the plaster to easily peel. Once peeled, the plaster sticks well on the knee.

To apply, peel halfway with the adhesive side onto the front or back of the knee. Then lift the backing paper and slowly peel away, using your hand to affix the patch over or under the knee.
