Directions

1. Wash your hands before and after applying the patch
2. Clean and dry the affected area
3. Remove the film to expose the adhesive side
4. Apply the adhesive side directly on the affected area. Patch can last up to 8-12 hours
5. If pain persists 8-12 hours after the first patch, the second patch may be applied
6. Remove the first patch before applying a new one

The plaster adheres well to both upper and lower back, neck, and shoulders, as well as even surfaces or less bendable areas. However, it doesn't adhere as effectively to elbows unless you cut the plaster in half or snip between the four corners of the patch. Nevertheless, it offers the desired relief from the persistent tension around the neck and shoulders.

For optimal results, I recommend applying the plaster after a shower, but avoid showering immediately after removing the patch. I experienced a stinging cold sensation on the skin when exposed to hot or warm water, which suggests caution in such situations.
