When can I redeem the points?

• Points earned and collected are cumulative until redeemed unless expires.
• Every 100 points earned is equivalent to $1 and redeemable after 30 days after your first visit (you should receive a ‘Welcome’ email) e.g. $10 off coupon for 1000 points, etc.
• After 30 days, you can opt to pay for your purchase using your redeemable points.

When do the points expire?

• Points expire after 12 months of non-activity e.g. no activity since your last visit or make purchase or referral, etc.

Rewards points are awarded as follows:

• Welcome to our Loyalty Rewards Program – 100 points
• Every purchase – earn 1 point for every $1
• Enter your Birthday – 100 points
• Subscribe to Newsletter – 50 points
• Refer and Share (email, social media) – 200 points
• Provide feedback/reviews for your orders – 200 points (or 200 points each for every product review)
• Refer a friend, your friend gets $10 off their first purchase (minimum purchase $30) and every time your referred friend(s) make(s) a purchase, the referrer (you) earn $10 coupon (minimum purchase $30) plus extra 200 points.
