How to measure bra cup size

1. Two parts to measure: under-bust (below the bust to determine the bra band size); and over-bust (where the nipples are, best wearing a bra)
2. If you already know your Australian bra size, convert to Japanese bra size - convert your bra + band sizes (Google search for Bra sizes - size guide - www.sizeguide.net/bra-sizes.html)

How to use

• Clean your skin. Prior to using the bra, ensure that chest area is clean. Gently clean your chest area with mild soap and water to remove body oil and residue from skin.
  Dry your skin with soft towel. Do not use powder, moisturisers, lotion or fragrance on the chest area. This reduces effectiveness of the bra adhesiveness
• Place one side on at a time. Stand in front of the mirror. Flip the cup outward while holding the bra cup by the edges with both hands.
  Position the cup to your desired breast angle and gently smooth the cup edges firmly to the breast with your finger tips.
  Repeat the same application on your other breast. Ensure both sides are equally aligned horizontally.
• Buckle up strapless bra by connecting the front closure. Then with both hands on the bra cups, press firmly for a few seconds to secure the hold.
  Now you are ready to enjoy the freedom and comfort of your strapless bra.
• Removing the strapless bra. Take your time to detach the front closure first, then gently peel off the bra starting from the top and gradually downward.
  If any adhesive residue remains on the skin after removal, simply wipe skin with soft tissue.
• Cleaning your strapless bra is easy. Just use mild soap and water. Hand dry indoors away from direct sunlight.

Keep the plastic sheets that come with the bra and place the plastic sheets back when not in use.
