1. What is the estimated calculated postage if I purchase more than 1 plant?

When buying plants, depending on the quantity, size and weight of plants in small 50mm, medium 80-95mm and large 130-140mm to extra large 150-200mm pots, below is an estimate of auto calculated standard parcel postage charge:

• 1-10 small 50-63mm pot plants @ $15~$21
• 1-3 medium 80-100mm pot plants @ $15~$21
• 1-3 medium 110-120mm pot plants @ $15~$21
• 1-2 large 130-140mm pot plants @ $15~$21
• 1 extra large 150-200mm pot plant @ $15~$21

2. I have placed more than $140 worth of plants but the 'free shipping is not shown?

This is generally due to missing information and/or incomplete details such as email address, delivery address and post code, etc. If your payment method is PayPal, please enter your email address manually to enable the system to automatically enable and display 'Free Shipping' during checkout for any plant orders above $140.

3. How does the bulk discount pricing work?

Currently, bulk discount pricing applies for purchase of more than 1 item of the same variant i.e. same size or colour or pattern.

For example, you add 2 items of Size 6 lace red panties for $18.00 each, you will get a discount and pay $16.00 each; if 3 items added - $14.00 each etc

However, if you add one item of each variation, the bulk discount won’t be applied due to system limitation.

For example, you add 1 item of Size 6 lace red panties for $18.00 each and another 1 item of Size 6 lace black panties, bulk discount will not be applied.

But, in order for the buyer to take advantage of the bulk discounts, please select the desired variant (colour, size, etc) and specify quantity when placing in the cart. DO NOT PAY, but contact us and let us know your requirements (subject to availability) prior to checkout. We will get back to you on how to get around this; of course, the response time is based on the time zone and the country you live in.

Similarly, this applies to potted plants too.

For example, you add 1 item of Rooted Plantlet x 3 (no pot) for $3.00 per lot and another of the same plant in 100mm round pot for $8.00 per pot, the bulk discount will not be applied.

But if you increase the quantity to 2 x 100mm round pot for $8.00 per pot, you will get a discount and pay $14.00 each; if 3 items added - $12.00 each, etc.
