When applying the gel strips, estimate 2 inches from the midpoint of back heel - this is where one end of the strip should be placed. Carefully placed and pressed as you move along the edge of the back heel without touching the sticky part of the gel strip. Using similar method, you can use it on high heel sandals or any flat sandals or thongs. You can stick the gel strips and cushion where ever you need - the sides, back heels, mouth of the shoe or between toes of sandal thongs.
