How to measure

Measure your chest circumference eg if your chest measures

• 90cm, you should take one size up, that is, 'L' size
• 98cm, you should take one size up, that is, 'XL' size
• Basically, whatever your size, if you prefer it not too tight, then go for another size up
• Shoulder strap to waist - approx. 35~37cm, depending on the individual physical size the belt strap lays above the waist for men; and at the waist for women
• Chest-Waist diameter
  • End-to-end before stretch: refer to above sizes - allow 4cm on each end for Velcro fastening
  • Depend on size specified above, fits 67cm~99cm chest and waist (strap is stretchable elastic and Velcro adjustable)

How to use

1. Slip shoulder straps over shoulders (eg putting on a jacket) ensuring that fabric pouches with magnets are closest to the body.
2. Pull straps gently across stomach then stretch waist belt around torso and fasten Velcro.
3. Adjust position as needed. Shoulder straps should pull back slightly on shoulder area. If needed, pull waist belt down slightly to increase shoulder pressure.
4. Wash by hand in gentle detergent. Air dry.

Caution

• This product contains magnets. Keep out of direct contacts with computers, disks, audio and video tapes and any other magnet storage devices.
• Individuals currently suffering from spine or back problems should consult their physician before using this product.
• Not recommended for people using pacemakers, automatic defibrillator, insulin pumps, drug delivery patches or during pregnancy. Do not use over an open wound.

Tried & Tested

A good product but don't expect immediate posture correction. It is not right product if you already have a prominent hunch. The vest serves to remind not to slouch. I find a good time to train ourselves not to get into the bad habit of slouching is wearing the vest in cooler weather. Also, when ordering, ensure you measure chest circumference correctly. It is also not recommended for big chested individual as it can be too tight.
