How to use

1. Slip shoulder straps over shoulders (e.g. putting on a shirt or sliding your backpack)
2. Pull the end of each velcro strap(s) gently until the back of V straps (comfortably tightens around the middle of shoulder blades then fasten Velcro to the front straps
3. Adjust position as needed. Shoulder straps should pull back slightly on shoulder area. If needed, re-adjust strap slightly to increase shoulder pressure.
4. Wash by hand in gentle detergent. Air dry.

Note:

These ones are recommended for small-medium (size 6-10) build individuals. The workmanship is very strong and durable. Like any type of posture correction vest or support, we must not expect immediate posture correction. It is not right product if you already have a prominent hunch. The vest serves to remind not to slouch.

Personally, I recommend this product for training and assisting young children to having good posture. In some cases, due to the design, one may need one other person to help with the adjustment.
