Tried & Tested

15 mins to start feeling the heat using dampened cloth to wipe before use; about half hour without. Each individual is different. Thin, discreet and easy to wear around the knees underneath normal trousers. The heat radiates penetrates the knee joints and relieves the nagging pain. I used it occasionally for knee pain. Fits snuggly around my knee (can fit girth size up to 44cm on upper knee). Received great feedback from a customer who was kicked by her horse - helped relieve the pain and sped up healing process.
