How to use

• Wipe inside surface of shoe before affixing the insoles
• There are two padded area of the insoles: forefoot pad and heel pad
• Position the insoles and adjust to fit the inside of shoe before peeling off the sticker from the back of the insoles, do one at a time
• Place the heel pad end first ensuring it is positioned where the balls of your foot should be. This ensures you have the padded area in the correct area to support your foot

Tried & Tested

• These are a lot smaller than most insoles but they are amazingly comfortable! Most insoles, even the cut-to-size ones fill up the shoe length sometimes taking up room in the toe area making the toe area tighter and uncomfortable
• Very neat for shoes with white base, keeping it clean from dirt and stains
• Helps absorbs foot perspiration especially in the summer heat
• Rinseable and dry in cool shady area but will not stick back on once removed
