Directions

1. Wash your hands before and after applying the patch
2. Clean and dry the affected area
3. Remove the film to expose the adhesive side
4. Apply the adhesive side directly on the affected area. Patch can last up to 8-12 hours
5. If pain persists 8-12 hours after the first patch, the second patch may be applied
6. Remove the first patch before applying a new one

The plasters sticks well on upper or lower back, neck and shoulders and even surface or less bendable area ; does not stick well on elbow unless you cut the plaster in half or snip between the 4 corners of patch. Provides desired relief from the gnawing tension around the neck and shoulder. Herbal plaster residue may remain on the skin when removed, this can be easily removed with soap and water.

Best applied after shower, do not shower immediately when patch has just been removed. Stinging cold sensation on the skin when in contact with hot-warm water.
