Directions of Use

1. Gently remove the adhesive paper on the sticky side of the liner and then place it on the clean surface of the inside of your heels.
2. Firmly press until it is completely adhered. Once applied, avoid removing to readjust as it will not stick back again.
3. We recommend using a shoe horn when wearing shoes with heel liners to enhance the longevity of the heel liners.
