How to Use

The plasters are easy to peel and sticks well on the shoulders. To apply, peel halfway with the adhesive side on the back shoulder, then lift the backing paper and slowly peel away to stick on the front shoulder.

It is best to apply the patches after a shower.Avoid direct heat or hot showers directly after removal to prevent temporary skin sensitivity.
