Directions

1. Wash your hands before and after applying the patch
2. Clean and dry the affected area
3. Remove the film to expose the adhesive side
4. Apply the adhesive side directly on the affected area. Patch can last up to 8-12 hours
5. If pain persists 8-12 hours after the first patch, the second patch may be applied
6. Remove the first patch before applying a new one

When using this product

• Do not use otherwise than as directed
• Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, wounds, rashes or damaged skin
  If you have sensitive skin, consult a doctor before using
• Do not use with a heating pad
• Discontinue use at least one hour before shower and do not use immediately after shower

Tried & Tested

These patches heat up quickly, though some may take longer to feel the heat. The slow released heat lasts for 6-8 hours.

The plasters are easy to peel and sticks well on the shoulders. To apply, peel halfway with the adhesive side on the back shoulder, then lift the backing paper and slowly peel away to stick on the front shoulder.

It is best to apply the patches after a shower. Avoid showering immediately after removing the patch, as it can cause a stinging cold sensation on the skin when in contact with hot or warm water.
