1. Firstly, check your fabric care label to see if the material can be ironed; if no label try to check the material type. Not suitable for delicate fabric.
2. Simply use as is - write the name with the marker provided then cut the label along the dotted lines.
3. Place cut-out label on to fabric. The adhesive side is shiny (glue) - position the underside glue-side face down on garment.
4. Heat up iron to the hottest setting your fabric can tolerate (without steam).
5. Place a sheet of paper between the ironing board and fabric to be labelled. This prevents the iron-on label to stick to the ironing board.
6. If necessary, place a thin towel over the name label gently to protect the fabric.
7. Place the heated iron over the name label and press down firmly for 15 seconds or longer if required.
8. Remove the iron and allow to cool. Check if the label has adhered securely. If necessary, run the tip of the iron firmly over the edges. Repeat until the label is fixed securely. Allow to cool.
