How to use

1. Tear open pouch when ready to use
2. Peel away to reveal adhesive side
3. Place on pain area with adhesive side against underwear and not against the skin. Attach firmly
4. It may take up to 20-30 minutes to reach therapeutic temperature
5. Wear up to 6-8 hours. Do not wear more than 8 hours in any 24 hour period
